General Terms and Conditions for the Purchase of Online Tickets of the Historisches Museum Frankfurt

The contract to purchase a ticket for admission to the Historisches Museum Frankfurt is concluded with the City of Frankfurt am Main, represented by the City Council.

The Online Ticket entitles the holder to one admission to the Historisches Museum Frankfurt.

For visits to the Historisches Museum Frankfurt, the regulations of the "House Rules of the Historisches Museum Frankfurt" posted in the cloakroom area are valid. These are published on the website of the Historisches Museum Frankfurt at: https://www.historisches-museum-frankfurt.de/informationen/hausordnung

Purchased tickets will be sent to the customer by e-mail immediately after payment. The ticket barcode displayed in the document serves as authorisation for entry and must be presented upon entry.

The online tickets (in printed form or on the smartphone) for our permanent exhibitions are valid for three years from the day of purchase, if no other validity date is printed (regular limitation period according to § 195 BGB).

The online tickets (in printed form or on the smartphone) for our temporary exhibition are valid and redeemable for the duration of the exhibition.

The online tickets (in printed form or on the smartphone) for the entire museum are valid and redeemable for the duration of the temporary exhibition.

The Online Ticket is not valid until it is exchanged at our cash desks on location.

The prices stated in the purchase are final prices including the applicable VAT. No further costs will be charged.

The personal data will be processed by Beckerbillett GmbH on behalf of the City of Frankfurt am Main. The data shall be used exclusively for processing this purchase contract and shall be deleted following final processing, unless longer storage is required by law. Personal data shall only be transmitted for the purpose of processing the purchase contract, e.g. to the payment processor. Beyond that, the data will only be passed on due to legal regulations.

Place of fulfilment and jurisdiction for this contract is Frankfurt am Main. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies exclusively.
