How to order your online ticket

  • Register in and pay

For the purchase you need:

  • A valid e-mail address
  • A valid credit card or giropay for the payment process; this is not required for the purchase of tickets valued at €0.00
  • A printer to print out or show the ticket barcode directly on your smartphone at the cash desk

Permanent Exhibition (HMF + Young Museum): 8 €/4 € reduced
Temporary Exhibition (HMF): 10 €/5 € reduced
1-day-ticket, all exhibitions: 12 €/6 € reduced

People with disabilities (50 and up on the German disability rating scale)
Holders of the Frankfurt Pass and Frankfurt Card
