Cancellation policy 

You may cancel your contract declaration within 14 days without giving reasons in writing (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail). The period begins upon receiving this instruction in text form, but not before the conclusion of the contract and also not before we have fulfilled our information obligations according to article 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 para. 1 and 2 EGBGB as well as our obligations according to § 312g para. 1, sentence 1 BGB in connection with article 246 § 3 EGBGB. In order to comply with the time limit, it is necessary to send the cancellation in due time.

Consequences of cancellation:

In the event of an valid cancellation, the services received by both parties have to be returned and any benefits (e.g. interest) have to be surrendered. If you are unable to return or surrender the received services and use (e.g. advantages of use) in whole or in part, or only in a deteriorated condition, you must compensate us for the loss in value. This can lead to the fact that you must nevertheless fulfil the contractual payment obligations. Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you with the dispatch of your declaration of cancellation, for us with its receipt.

Special note:

Your right of cancellation ends if the contract is completely fulfilled by both parties at your explicit request before you have exercised your right of cancellation.
